Nice sounding and nice looking banjo.
You play with a nice steady pace, but you need to take care to give all the notes their full length - you have a tendency to cut short some of the long notes.
You can listen to his tune on the Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann website, played just a little faster than you play it here, so you should be able to play along. This should highlight the spots that need attention.

i concur with jag, it's a kel kroydon banjo. very good one at that!

Nice job! There are several banjo brands from the 1930s that were made by Gibson. I'd say your banjo is either an SS Stewart or a Kel Kroyden. Both are very collectable.
