@ThePianoguy89 it has nothing to do with her being a professional pianist and classical training. her pianoplaying in this performance shows no actual classical quality. it's a simple tune.
what makes her versions (of her own song lol) stand out.. is her way of emoting and singing it to the point. no over the top riffs, runs, or any of those silly distractions. just straight up, in an intimate setting. this is my favorite performance of this song.

@jungIepits The person just said that no one can play this song in particular the way she can. Alicia is a professional pianist and she had classical training and experience. She played Chopin's Raindrop Prelude beautifully. The person did not say she's better than any other player in the world, he/she was just talking about the way she plays this song.

@angelalester8299 Eww your stupid! She wrote the song stupid and her version IS better than Gabi Wilson's. I bet you are a fat and unemployed loser.
Now this is real, true talent.. She's gifted in every way from talent to good looks. This is beautiful and breathtaking

@inasexymood I did not say that this playing shows a classical quality. I am a pianist and so I know a thing or two about chord progressions and structures. However, most of her motifs and riffs are based from a classical structure, she said it herself. I just mentioned that she is a professional classically trained pianist. She uses her knowledge from classical to structure her music. This motif is simple, but it has a soul-jazz feel to it.
