This video shows what is a superset and how to do it. It also explains more about lifting weights and how we need to do what is comfortable for our self. Lifting weights should be a pleasant experience.

  • @samhainaz - Why? I am 59 and I show what I do. If you want a steroid taking giant there are loads of those on You Tube. I work out in my garage and have gone from a 39.5" waist to 33" in 120 days. I think that qualifies me to show others what I have done. I choose not to be any bigger. I just want to look fit and strong. Baz

  • @sirrocky12 - that is fantastic and I am glad you have found the videos useful. I really hope they are going to help you to get the kind of results you want. Baz

  • @sharpfraps - I would never train any muscle more then 2 times a week with at least 48 hours rest between each workout for that muscle. Baz

  • @sharpfraps - that is a great time frame. Baz

  • @phaedruslive - you are absolutely correct. But I do think you must do all things in moderation. It makes for a balanced life. Baz

  • @BazBlog It is my contention that consistency is the greatest defining factor of all. The guys who progress the fastest are the ones who never skip and a training session and dont have cheat days.

  • @BazBlog hey i would like to ask how many times do you recommend me to train my chest per week?

  • @BazBlog ok thanks. just asking beecause im just planning to build muscles for 6 months and am wanting to expect best results from this 6 months.

  • @sharpfraps - it is really hard to say. Each persons genetics is different. You can expect to see some good results in 4 months. Not much sooner. That too will depend on the food that you are eating. Good food and good training will produce the quickest results. Be patient and it will happen. Baz

  • @BazBlog oh ok thanks. can you tell me the estimated time to gain some chest muscle if my chest workout is doing pushups (8,8,6,6) , floor presses with dumbbells (12,10,10,8,8) , dumbbell flyers on the floor (12,10,10,8,8)? im planning to add in 1 more exercise with reps of 10,8,8,6.
