i was 216 now im 214 after one day going on my run soon doing the diet to this seems to be the only thing ive liked

Cardio burns fat faster for a shorter period of time. Strength training burns fat slower for a longer period of time because the more muscle you have the more calories your body is going to burn to maintain that muscle. If you wanna lose weight and KEEP IT OFF. You need to do both strength training and cardio. 5-7 days a week for maximum results. 2-4 days for optimal results.

in 2009 i was 267 lbs and never really thought much of it. I got sick of the fat jokes and started to workout and eat healthier at the start of this year. Today, i'm 194 and losing. According to my bmi, i'm only 5 lbs overweight now. I've never felt so good about myself in my life :)
