wat intrests me about this. Is the future of fun things like mmm for instance Space Tourisim. Space Economies but ive often had a strange thought what would Politics be like in the future. My answer is if something like this does come to pass politics may not even bother to exist in future lunar economies.
Still it would be interesting to wake up one morning on either moon or earth to look back at either one.
If i had my choice i would want to be on the moon.
I love these types of vids, but it's always so dissapointing. Thirty years ago people thought we'd have flying cars and a colony on the moon by 2000. I wish people would stop squabbling in wars and religious feuds on Earth and start putting bringing these Sci-Fi ideas to fruition. I'm glad it's actually sounding theoretically feasible to live there without being completely dependent on the Earth and draining it for supplies.
@bleachtn We can survive on earth, but we can't thrive.
Human economy, especially in America, thrives off challenges, and although the cost will technically be high, private companies will be constructing and exppanding the colonies, and the money is not truly "lost", it is simply being circulated around the global economy, thus improving both economic coondisions and job growth.
@ItzTheDean i know. humans are fucked

If corporations are involved, things will be shitty in moon as in earth. Great, one less place we haven't fucked up.
