thats because MOST mulattoes thats half black=Somali and half white-european or arab or watever, they tend to usualy take more from their darkskinned Somali parent hence dark Somali skin is naturally more melanin blessed then other black peoples skin tones black Somali skin evolved in the HOT and dry regions of africa, which Somalia and sudan is included.. especially Puntland-region of north-Eastern Somalia....
