  • We are using a small trim router with a flush trim bit. The router is of the same type but with an angled bevel bit. Neither of these tools do any heating but are used soley to make a clean edge. For the final finishing on the outside edges we use a hand held file and also on the inside edges we use a hand file and fine sandpaper to finish it.

  • what was brushed onto the cabinet after sanding and before veneer?

  • Great video, taught me alot. What is the tool you are using to trim the veneer? Or are there two, one to heat and one to trim?
