All you people who think that he moves to much must be the most emotionless players to set foot on this earth. You probably don't understand the first thing about expression in music and self- expression. Also you probably all are completely learnt players that may be able to play well but with no expression, no personal interpretation and no finesse.

its part of the clarinet grade 6 syllabus

Lovely tone. What type of clarinet do you play? I have Boosey & Hawkes 1010s but feel it's time for a change.

I am not a big fan of a lot of movement either, however, I can see you got some of this from you teacher. ;P My teacher is one of Dr. Spring's favorite too, Dr. Allison Storochuk. My teacher tends to rock her right shoulder forward a lot. It's funny the things you pick up from your mentors. Keep up the good work!

@VMartig Agreed Completely(: I know I move alot during flowing pieces. Makes the music personal and more emotional.

Gorgeous! You play with a high depth of emotion and have a beautiful tone
I think it's the emotion you put in what you play..
For myself, when I play joyful piece, I move a lot, even when sitting. It's part of the power of a piece, to see what emotions of yourself you put in the piece..
