@147freestyler thanks man. where are you from? I got some of my stuff at fitness depot, fitness source, fitness avenue (has great prices) and the rest i found on kijiji and craigs list. Alot of people buy top of the line equipment but then never use it so you can find great deals used.

you dont even need to go all the way up for pullups to target your lats,  from the look of it if you just about touch your head to the ceiling thats probley perfect. arms at 90 degree bends

Does the Hoist unit do leg curls as well as extensions? Seems like it replaces the expensive dedicated curl/extension units if so. I hate doing plate curls / plate extensions for legs with a bench attachment.
