Pig Cutting Ceremony-Chinese New Year Tradition

This video taken by me showing our teacher cutting a whole Bar-B-Q-suckling pig.

This is a ancient Chinese tradition,usuall the head of the family or the most powerful or most oldest person do the cutting then they will give it to all people ( family member, friends....etc to symbolize lot of good food to eat and a wealthy New Year )

Video is taken by me Peter Suk-Sin Chan and the European gentleman is artist Daiwood, he love painting Chinese water Colour painting and is very good in it, this is why he been invited to joined two of the famous Chinese art assocaition in Canada.

LMFAOO! I used to always eat that crap. no offence. But ITs FATTY and since Im Jewish now I cant eat it :( Now I only Eat Fish and rice:d and others:D but anyways ITs Chinese New Years Eve tmr so GUNG HEI FAT CHOII! and have a PRosperous New Yearr!!!

P.S. I consider the Pork to be an Added Artistic Feature of the New years:D

thank you for watching this video.Yes, this is not a too healthy dish if you eat too much especially the fatty part. This is why usually only eat a few small pieces only, the skin is the best part.

Many Western people treat piglets as pets. They play and hug with pigs. The pigs go to toilets and eat the wastes of human. Then Western people sleep with them and even kiss them. So they eat back their wastes. Good re-cycle.
