FG Marder Beetle with FG upgrade shocks, Samba pipe, Zenoah G260, 2speed tranny. NOTE: Special plates were installed to completely sealed the pinion/spur gear and rear diff. Without the seal, the plastic spur would wear within 1 run. Those optional clear plastic gear protectors is not sufficient as the back of the gear is fully exposed!

  • Yes. Running a little on the rich side and not to mention that the 1st gear was very tall. The Beetle normaly runs with smaller diameter slick tires for street use. Was just testing to see how it would do with the stock offroad tires in sand.

    Thanks.

  • Sounds like the engine is not tunned. Adjustment is needed on the carburator needles to lean the engine a little bite and then it work and sound very diferent (for the better)

  • but at the same time something dont sound right about that car....

  • that pipe sounds AWESOME
