@5478926 tmhari aqal kha hai...??? 18 crore awaam mai se 12 crore awaam punjab mai hai....... 62% pakistan pe punjab govt hakoomat kr rhi hai....or tmhai pta nhi....aprox 2 years phle 18 amendmndmnt ki wja se ab provices ko directly paise milte hain.......federal govt beech mai nhi aati.....wake up.
