@peachy6969 Not always. In the more severe cases, changing your phone numbers, email, deleting Facebook, etc., just escalates things. But, you're right in that, most of the time, people are their own victim. They keep the same number, they answer back, they keep their information (Facebook, etc.) public, and so forth, and expect the police or courts to sort their own mess out.
