you make it looks heaps easy but its harder than it looks people!

once u build enough strentgh through bodyweight training e.g, pullups, pushups, dips, planches ect, and can do human flag for 2 secs, it goes really quickly from there, just practice it on a pole every day, and remember to push with ure lower hand and pull with ure upper hand, and try to get a little longer each day :)
took me just a week or 2 to get from 2secs to 10 secs
