Hello, I am setting out to make a vacuum-forming machine, and I found your videos very helpful to me. I would like to start making molds for my own fan-cosplay. I can't tell exactly in the video if you've found large blocks of MDF that you are carving down, or if you're using a stack of MDF adhered together. I'm guessing the latter, but if so, what are you using to bind them?

The MDF mold is made of layers of 1 inch MDF glued together with carpenters wood glue.

do you sell storm trooper molds? or do you do them for your self only what type of wood was that?

Sorry the trooper armor was for use in a fan film, and not for sale.
