  • dr. tim u ROCK. i've been tryin to get toned for months now but i found this video and ur 6 pk abs workout and butt workout, i've been doin them for 9 days and i can ALREADY tell such a difference! i've lost 5-6 lbs! (i do 20 mins interval training on the treadmill too). anyway, thanks for such effective but tolerable workouts!!!

  • How heavy are the weights,particularly when you're first starting out?

  • yes push up are great ,you could also you house hold items like weights if you wish
