They are working out great! No issues at all, and have found that they develop little to no slop

Paul, I have been flying RC models for 20 yrs, I started when I was 3 years old. For how long really depends on the pilot's and how quick his Hand-Eye coordnation develops for this sort of thing. I did a majority of learning on the Simulator then made the transfer to real life.
