Ab Ripper P90X...had to cut parts of some of the moves so tht it would fit the 10 minute mark tht youtube has as one of its rules......but yea we did 30 for each move and for the mason twist we did 60!!!!! and 15 on each leg for the leg climbs!!!!!!!!!


1. In & Outs 30 reps
2. Bicycles forward 30 reps
3. Bicycles backwards 30 reps
4.Crunchy Frog 30 reps
5. Cross Leg Sit ups 30 reps
6. Fifer scissors 30 Reps
7. Hip Rock & raise 30 reps
8. Pulse Ups 30 reps
9 V-up Roll-up 30 reps
10. oblique V-ups right side 30 reps
11. oblique V-ups left side 30 reps
12. Leg climb right leg 15 reps
13. leg climb left leg 15 reps
14. Mason Twist 60 reps

( Mason twist touch the ground with hands on the right and left, THT EQUALS 1 REP )

Advance: Rest 10-15sec. Between set.
Beginner: Rest 30-45sec Between set.

  • @iwantabsin3weeks Well you see if you are looking to be in better shape overall as in arms back legs abs.. etc.. then you need to do a different muscle each day of the week except for sunday.. Or If you are just looking for a six pack just to look lean and fit for the girls then you could do abs 3-4 days then run the other days or do some lifting so you don't look like all scrawny you know? Like i said you want muscle abs not washboard so make sure you feel the big burn when u work abs. (:

  • @ReedleyHighJiuJitsu i really want a 6 pack badly. Im 5 foot 8.5 inches nd 130 pounds. Im doing afterburn exercises to loose the fat around my stomach and than i do ab exercises 3-4 times a week. Should i do abs everyday to get a 6 pack or every other day?

  • @iwantabsin3weeks D o a new muscle each day, abs should be your easy day unless you want a six pack really badly you could do this every day except for sunday because you want your body to heal.
