  • POP is the last good album from U2. They really pushed themself up in the space. This decade has been very lame and boring. There is exceptions like Elevation, Walk On and Beautiful Day but it isn't enough.

  • great thanx (:

  • i remember watching this on tv when it first aired. i was recording this shit on my vcr

  • @zoogarten A lot of people say this. Funny, because when POP came out, people couldn't stop bashing it. Pop is a very good album, and it's true that the music they've made this decade has been more grounded, but that doesn't mean it's not good. I would say that a lot of the music they've made over the last decade is fantastic.

  • No Line On The Horizon is a fantastic album

  • Adored Pop. Just listened to it, and it still rocks all these years later. Mofo is one hell of an awesome song!

  • I dont give a shit about this era or that era. Ive loved U2 for over 25 years. Sometimes they release something that makes me think "oh that fucked up". And sometimes Bono talks endlessly before songs at the shows.

But overall they're my favorite band and have been for decades now.

  • @zoogarten you gotta be kidding, all that you can't leave behind have songs like beautiful day, elevation, walk on, stuck in a momment, kite, when i look at the world...it's a great album...HTDAAB and NLOTH were not so good,

  • Its funny how Bono seems older in this clip than he does today. Somewhere around HTDAAB he was reborn after the death of his father. Very beautiful.

  • @zoogarten i disagree. I think 'All that You Cant Leave Behind' was a great album. It really was a return to their roots. This is when even the young crowd still was interested in u2. 'How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb' was OK. but no where near u2's last album before that one. Than 'No Line on the Horizon'. Good album but just didnt stick with me.

  • u2 can do no wrong...every album is a totally different style....with some kick-ass trax and some heart felt emotion. i hate to think were i would be if i didnt have u2 in my heart and soul. peace. g.

  • The last decade U2 was moving backwards instead of forward like in the 90's. I did understand the ATYCLB album, it was new, a change, ok. But then... don't get me wrong, 2004 and 2009 albums are great but just... nothing new.
