Guest Driver Ken Block runs American Gymkhana

What happens when you combine a professional rally driver, a 600hp Subaru, an abandoned airfield strip, a whole lot of cones and a timing system? We didn't know either, so we asked Subaru Rally Team USA Driver/DC shoes co-founder, Ken Block, if he wouldn't mind participating in our Guest Driver program, which would mean him behind the wheel of our 600hp Crawford Time Attack Subaru for the first ever Gymkhana event here in America.

Point taken. However, due to my observations most richer countries like UK, France, Germany, etc are starting to "convert" to automatics.

nah, this is gymkhana. You dont do donuts around cones in autocross.

Who said this was a gymkhana? I said "in his first gymkhana" because he has two. This is video is more of an autocross type of driving.

These maneuvers are pretty difficult. Ken Block just makes it look THAT easy.

Good point. However, the high end performance cars are automatic. You probably heard of the twin clutch gearbox. There is wide variety of cars ranging from EVO X MR, Nissan GT-R, Ferrari F430 and so on that have this transmission. Well they are actually two manual transmissions but since they shift for you, most people consider them automatics.
