@JimWestonInfowarrior How about his speaking technique. There is a name for it, but I don't remember anymore. It is a specific tool he is using. He's very good at it.

You would have to look into rhetorics. I'm not sure. He can only do so much with a speaking technique, what really counts is the speeche's content.
You should also research Michael Aquino's paper on Mindwar.
