(Two weeks later)

"Okay, I gotta go." Demi spoke quietly into the speaker of our telephone. She said those words five times already, didn't the guy get it? "I really do. I know. Yeah. How about 7? Sounds good." She hung up the phone and smiled, biting her lip softly. They'd only gone on a few dates and they were already calling each other like crazy, giving each other pet names and acting all "new couple-y." Frankly, it made me want to puke and I had no idea why.
"Are you done yet, Demikins?" I mocked Tony's nickname for her and she stuck her tounge out at me.
"Oh you're just jealous." She smirked.
"Wh--what? Jealous? Me? You're crazy." I scoffed.
"Oh you're SO wishing you had a girlfriend to spoil right now."
Oh. "Am not. I don't date, I fuck."
"Ohh, that's real nice." Demi laughed sarcastically.
"What? Just being honest." I replied.
"Let's go, McCocky." She grabbed my hand and led me to the door.
"Yes, yes I am very cock-y." I laughed.
She raised an eyebrow at me, "You're sucha perv."

(That night)

"Joe? Joe?? Joe! Joseph!" I could here Demi calling for me but I was half asleep in the living room on the couch. I felt someone shaking my arm and I opened my eyes, they slowly grew enlarged as I observed the figure in front of me. She was wearing a gorgeous skin colored dress with matching pumps, her black hair was styled into loose curls and she was wearing soft but dark make up. I feel like i'm just noticing how gorgeous Demi is.
"Hot." Shit, did I say that out loud?
She looked surprised but she smiled slightly, "Thanks, Joe."
"Ur, yeah. Why are you so dressed up?" I asked.
"I'm going to some ball dinner thing with Tony. It's for the company he's interning for." She grabbed her purse and settled it in the inside of her arm. "Don't wait up, i'll be late."
I couldn't stop staring at her, she looked so amazing. And so different. I felt the urge to hug her, pull her into my arms. Kiss her. Wait, what? No, no..I can't want to kiss Demi. I mean...it's DEMI, for Christ's sake. "Okay." Was all I could say, and then she was out the door.

"Care to dance, ma'lady?" Tony asked me, putting his hand out. He was so damn cute.
"Why, of course!" I smiled. I followed him onto the dance floor and a beautiful slow song escaped from the various speakers in the ball room. We swayed together along to the music, my chin resting on his shoulder.
"Did I tell you how completely stunning you look?" He asked, rubbing my back slightly with his hand.
"Yes, a few times. Thank you." I laughed. Tony pulled away and lifted my chin up to him, kissed my lips lightly but passionately. I could go on like this all night.

(Back at the apartment)

I was feeling...you know...so I pulled out my cell phone and texted the first person to pop into my head.

Joe: "Come over, now."
???: "Y?"
Joe: "U know Y Vic."
Victoria: "B right there ;)"

Victoria was here within 20 minutes, looking hot as ever in tight black ankle length leggings and a white tank with a black leather jacket and black pumps. She slammed the door, pulled off her leather jacket and threw it across the room. "What are you waiting for?" She asked as she yanked her shoes off and began pulling her shirt off. I did the same and made my way over to her, brushing her extremely long brown hair to the side for me to kiss her neck. She was always ready to go.
