Geoff Robertson (geoffrobertson.com) and friends celebrate the anniversary of NASA's amazing achievement. "Armstrong" was composed by the late John Stewart in 1970, made a hit in 1971 in Australia by Reg Lindsay. I thnk this is brilliant but I wondered if someone could please help me.
When I first heard this song, I am sure that one of the lnes was "When a man named Jesus walked upon the earth."
I thought it gave the song even more pathos and, but alas, it is missing.

@leabharb I've read somewhere that people thought it was anti patriotic and anti American.John always said he was sorry about this misunderstanding and he should have made it clearer.(correct me if I'm wrong..)
