America has the best emergency vehicles, with the best sirens to go along with them. You can argue but I've heard plenty of Europeans saying they wish they had American stuff.

This vehicle is a pump truck mixed with a ambulance, called "PS" (premiers secours, first aid), this one is 4th generation (around 2005 i think)
