Questions over Njuguna's killing

Its now emerging that Mungiki spokesman, Njuguna Gitau, may have been assassinated. The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights says Njuguna had approached its offices saying his life was in danger after allegedly being threatened by the Kwekwe squad, a police squad established to deal with the Mungiki. Documents availed to nation show Gitau had indeed signed the registration book at KNHRCs offices on the 16th of last month. Former Kabete MP Paul Muite has also made similar allegations.
