The first hybrid car was developed in 1896. Since Toyota brings new hybrid machine "Prius" in 1997, there are many Hybrid, Electric and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Automobiles run in Japan. Today, they have made new Water Fuel Automobile in Japan.

that's true hopefullt with OBAMA all that will change with his new BILL if it passes
I am fed up of petrol stations and one big rip off even at 35 usdollars a barrel the prices hardly droped at the pumps
i guess japane doesnt have any laws against electric or water power cars, unlike america! america sucks with tech! fuck'n illuminati's i tell you.
