@kraftwerk05 Body Solid plates are actually, not the best type of plates, golds gym are. ive noticed that when maxing, using body solids is not good, but heir decent for repping, when i attempted to max 135(back about 6 month) i noticed that one side wsa about 1.06 lbs heavier. just saying, maybe do a little research or not, it may of just been our 45's.
Nice home gym! You should try doing front squats with an olympic weightlifting grip...elbows bent and out. It's hard to learn but better for when you get into cleans etc.
Even rowdy viewers are welcome to make meaningful comments if they so choose. Remember: If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Cheers.
Is that a Body Solid squat rack? I just ordered one. How do you like it?

confirmed: it is a PowerLine PSS60X. It is solid (would not go over 500lbs on it) and does not tip easily.

very cheap plates indeed, and the balance can be off. Nothing beats Eleiko or Ivanko, but who can afford them?
