I also like 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, 1 lrg garlic clove, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, and dill as a dressing/dip. Mix with fingers, lol.

Yum! Awesome recipe Rory! I absolutely love ranch dressing. The one I make is just like yours except I used cashews and added some dried basil. I am definitely going to try adding sunflower seeds instead of the cashews. Sounds great!

My favorite is 4 tbsp brags apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1tsp oregano, 1pinch of pepper, Put all ingredients in a jar and shake. Tastes like greek salad dressing.
