Observe the following safety precautions before performing any installation or break/fix procedures involving disassembly or re-assembly:

--Turn off the system and any attached peripherals.

--Disconnect the system and any attached peripherals from AC power, and then remove the battery.

--Disconnect any telephone or telecommunications lines from the system.

--Use a wrist grounding strap and mat when working inside any computer system to avoid electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage.

--After removing any system component, carefully place the removed component on an anti-static mat.

--Wear shoes with non-conductive rubber soles to help reduce the chance of being shocked or seriously injured in an electrical accident.

@nightjosh i didnt know about this...i am wordless u get a brand new alienware just for the warranty i cant believe it!!!! dell/alienware is the best brand i tought you only had the warranty but you got more than that. you got beyond than warranty.

@ECGOLDRP Thank you for your support,but i think we have to also give our truth,i'm a customer,i own Area 51 ALX and Aurora ALX. (Actually selling the ALX with 3 years warranty,cause i don't need 2 monsters at home hehehe)

Dell is replacing now my Area 51 ALX for a brand new one,plus they adding me extre stuff,such as dual GTX590 (I have Dual HD 5870)Forgot to mention,that they are replacing my machine 1,5 years after purchase!

So i get a brand new one from factory,costless for me.

perfect skills are perfect gaming none latency perfect pc gaming outrageous performance and of course every brand in the market have haters with no mind and/or money to think and buy ALIENWARE of course.so they begin to talk the crab they want.first you have to see the excellent customer service that dell/alienware bring to all their customers.second any brand in the whole world can be compared with ALIENWARE i think alienware just can be compared with....oh yes with alienware.

@nightjosh u very right every comment i read abt dell/alienware pc i bet is people with no money to buy it or because their fav brand is being beated by the best of the best of course in this case is alienware.many people say i build a cheaper pc with less money but they never gonna get even the half of the warranty that dell/alienware gives to their customers.you all people have to accept that alienware is the best brand in the whole world and stop talkin chit about it please grow upppp.

its easy to put it back together this pc is shit anyways they charge for brand name on componets theres a reason why alien wares dont have windows on the side cause the inside you can see that they use cheap mobos psu's even down to the graphics cards there m series they dont even take the time to paint the inside black altough i did like how the hard drives are set up

@RSLMongoose Dell has a great customer service,i called on monday,and tuesday the technician was in my house with all components,go send your junk to RMA and wait for 6 months,once you receive it,probably you have spent money on another component to get your computer back on the track.

So think twice before spitting shit over Dell,i'm a very happy customer.
