Cute. :) They have those types of headbands at Forever 21 but FE21 is a Korean Company owned...so it makes sense. :P But they are a little more expensive.
There is a dollar store (not dollar tree) in my area where the owners somehow get a lot of wholesale bulk Korean/Chinese jewelry and accessories. It's really cool because they are still pretty good quality and are very cute. :) The owners somehow keep all the prices at a dollar too!

@runimina I know, but headbands are so expensive in the States! I've gotten some of these for only 6000 won or so and at home it would be like $12 at least.
