Danggg she's stronggggg. I can't do all of this. I'm gonna build some muscle and get flexible...that's why I'm doing pilates, hope it works

Who taught this woman herself! The whole purpose is stabilisation of the pelvis in neutral natural s shape of spine + shoulders, ribcage. Does her pelvis move! Use leg as weight to challenge while keeping pelvis still so deep stabilisers work to keep pelvs still.. If feel pelvis rocking drop a level bend legs. These are advanced moves and no help to strengthen your deep abs if you are weak, if you did all you'll the wrong muscles. Pilates with Gail

its better to keep your knees bent more when you bring your legs down (otherwise your hip flexers will be helping more than your lower abs)
