  • Think I can do this on a hybrid bike?

  • if you average around 15mph, you can survive in a paceline going 25+mph

  • I would consider 12-14 mph on the slower end, 15-16 moderate and anything above 18 mph as fast. That would assume the terrain is flat with no head winds and a solo rider (not in a paceline).

  • Maybe riding next tour!

  • Oh wow, 16-18 is considered slow? Ouch. I just got into the whole road ridding and I guess now I know I have a lot of work to do for next years ride. :( I'm no where near being fast.

  • so who made this video? i too work for woodforest.

  • Thanks everyone! Those of us who have MS REALLY, REALLY appreciate all that is done to raise funds for the research. Especially thank you to Heidi! (((((Hugs))) Emily Artificavitch
