Baston is simply the Cebuano term of stick. If you ever come here , ask to practice with 2 bastos. hehe joke!

Baston is just another word for "stick" or the batton as used in this martial arts. Escrima, arnis, kali are different names referring to the stick fighting art developed by Filipinos.
