The Pentagram (five-pointed star) is the most notorious and most used occult symbol of all time, signifying the Baphomet goat, or devil, but the swastika got a lot of bad rap because it was on the losing side. The winning side used a white pentagram (American) or red pentagram (Russian) on their war machines, so the evil origins of those symbols are not called into question. To willingly use a pentagram while calling a swastika evil is just hyposcrisy, but that's a nation state kind of thing.

@scottN1980 As much as we consider it ridiculous, it's a matter of legislation in some countries. Those laws were never originally considered in the contexts of model building, but nevertheless were thought to apply. There are two solutions: split the decals so they don't make up a swastika on the sheet (several brands do this) or buy after market swastika decals in countries where it's legal.
