This was a selection for the Annual Men's Day (1994). The Male Choir is under the direction of Min. Dwight Franklin. Ruddley Thibodeaux Sr. and Jr. are the trumpeters. Bro. Vernon Ward sings the solo.
The music ministry at Fellowship was made famous by the late Sis. Rilma "Kathy" Thibodeaux. Sis. Thibodeaux served as the Minister of Music of Fellowship for over two decades; and was also one of its charter members.
@mikejos2ukcom I would as well and you won't even hear Spirituals. Total Gospel; many blessings come from different genre of music, not just one (Gospel).

Needs a real organ. Nice Job though! We just did this, this past Sunday . 3manual Rodgers SATB. My Aunt a reained MEZZO sang the Solo. I lke the idea of the live trumpets. Don"t care for sacred anthems on the Hammon Organ! Nice idea mens chorus and and male lead. Interesting. Nice to think out of the box!

Great Job! This is an amazing performance by both choir and soloist. I hope this fine musical tradition continues at Fellowship church. Sadly, so many church choirs have been replaced with 'Praise teams'and the chance to hear something so well prepared is rare. Keep on Singing!
