if he refuses to obey a lawful order then they have the right to pull him out. it's called resisting arrest. also this says he was beaten....all I saw was him refusing to exit the car and them breaking a window and tasing him.

All of these hateful, sadistic comments disturb me. Lets say the dog did 'alert' the policemen. They could have brought the dog back a second time. Did they actually find anything hidden in his car? No. Wasn't this an exercise of wildly unnecessary force? Cruel and Unusual Punishment? We've kind of forgotten about that one though, haven't we. I certainly hope the comments on this page are not the opinions of the general public.

@TeensAreNotChildren There was probable cause. This was not illegal. The dog alerted on the vehicle. It was a border check. They ordered him out of the vehicle. He refused and got exactly what he deserved.

This was wonderful...i enjoyed seeing you tased..you deserved it more than most anyone I know. You refused to follow police instruction of resisted arrest.
