nothing happened to them... in england they're still pretty fast, at least enough for some neck injuries, with this one i would rather get out and push.

THE CARS HAVE BEEN SLOWED DOWN DUE TO ALL THE LAWSUITS PEOPLE DO. SOME PEOPLE GET ON THIS RIDE JUST TO TRY TO SUE THE OWNERS, AND THE INSURANCE COMPANYS. KEEP IT UP PEOPLE, MAYBE YOU CAN GET IT SO THEY GO THE SPEED OF A TURTLE WALKING.

Looks like Knott's Berry Farm. NO, the slowest bumper cars are at Disney's California Adventure. Trust me! The best in California hands down are at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
