  • Wish I could help you. We did everything wrong in buying Cody. We bought him at a pet shop and found out after the fact that he was born in the most notorious puppy mill in Missouri. We got lucky though. Four years later he is an important member of our family and my wife plans to clone him at the end of his hopefully long long life. Hope your luck is as good,

  • Somebody asked "what's a foosah?".

These dogs originate from Madagascar. In the animated movie "Madagascar" the predatory cretures that terrorized the lemurs (and other cute animals) were called "the foosah"

  • Cody is now 41/2 years old and still looks and behaves like a puppy. This video was shot when he was 4 months old. Best dog I ever had (out of 5).

  • Well, definately make a video of your new pup. We got Cody when he was over three months old. I really want to see what a young one looks like. Also, I want to hear how much you sound like me.

  • your dog is so awesome!!! I'm thinking about getting a coton de tulear and I was wondering are they difficult to train?

  • Not difficult to house train - especially if you crate train. These dogs would rather die than mess in their own space. He's three now and we never use the crate anymore, but he sometimes goes into it to take a nap on his own.

He's a member of the family and has been since the day he came home.

  • Are they really that jumpy? I think these look adorable! But a) Are they easy to train to be slightly more calm. I'm not saying I want on that doesn't jump, stays still blah blah blah, i mean, their puppies, they're gonna do that. But I mean can you train them at around that age to grow up to be a bit more shh. And b) Are they expensive and can you get them in the UK?

I'm not used to dogs and can be quite when they're too full on. But these are so cute I really want one!
