Been having a michael pitt feast after watching him on boardwalk empire and being blown away by how good an actor he had become. I would never have imagined that this grungy indie kid could have convincingly played a 1920's gangster.
I remember seeing last days when it came out, and generally thinking it was good. The scene with Kim Gordon breaks my heart.
Micheal is great in it. Really holds your attention. Physically he plays it perfectly.

FUCK ... i just clicked on this link randomly going on an oblivious gus van sant tube crawl and in the first minute or so of watching this i was like this guy looks SOOOOOO much like kurt and courtneys daughter frances in my head throughout... they could be twins !- he's LITERALLY the male version of her O.O.... then when the name Kurt Cobain was mentioned i was liKE NO FUCKING WAAAAAY .... jesus my mind just got blown !
