Can you show a video for stretching the hamstrings, arms and groin?

This would be great I think for my neck after being on a computer for a long time.

Just linked to this video on my website -- my students will love this (perhaps minus the backbend for beginners). Fantastic, and thanks! yogaclasschicago*com.

a few days before you posted this i woke up with a pinched nerve in my back. I ran that afternoon and I think made it worse, that is, until I started this routine for the past couple of days. It has really helped out ceasing the numbness I felt in my leg. for the two days prior and the pain I felt while running. I am still not 100%, but close to it . Thanks!
Tara, thanks for posting these set of asanas for the neck and back, esp. for the folks who sit and work entire day in front of their computers. I'm looking forward to more videos/tips for the back pain, correct posture, etc.
Do one need to warm up before this exercise (esp. for those with weak back muscles) or it can be practiced whenever you want to make a break from the computer work? Many thanks!
