Update Your samp server from 0.3c to 0.3d/0.3e... version without any deleting

i think you havint server.cfg in previous server so it will not be in your new 0.3d/0.3e server so reinstall server

it works but you need to make a buckup before converting (make a buckup for the server.cfg file) cuz it will be replaced with the another of the 0.3d and all scripts will be desactivated put the old .cfg file on desktop then after converting make it on the 0.3d server folder (you have converted)

I have a server in version 0.3d and I done exactly as you but when I try to connect is like the server is not on 0.3e...(is not connecting, server not responding).
