I see this made it into karmic alpha 5, so congrats :)
TBH, I absolutely love your splash and login screen, but im not so impressed by this. Its neither very pretty not very practical (you cant go back/forward). Its also very win95 alike :s

They still don't tell you the most important thing: How to install software!!
Also, they should tell you not only how to install from the repos, but also from deb packages!
Good god! Looks like Canonical is afraid of this beautiful peice of package that is the DEB!

Nice video hope they will grab the idea but I think the default music player will be banshee not rhythmbox.I'm not sure...

the idea is good...
But it isnt perfect or original if you know what I mean.
Its still better than nothing.
