  • @kerito1993 My father was a Philippine Scout>>>>He became a guerrilla fighter when the Yanks surrendered. Liked the other Flip fighters, he was issued a Thompson sub-machine gun. He was born and raised in Leyte, (as in the battle of Leyte Gulf). He was a big admirer of Gen. MacArthur and was so thankful when he eventually made his "return" from Australia. He even served sentry duty for MacArthur's camp. This eventually led for my parents naming my oldest brother "Arturo".......

  • @nikemac84 Dont forget George Hyde's M3 Grease Gun :)

  • In reality, the two KIA succombed to friendly fire.

  • @9ONE0NE if the japs had had attacked pearl harbor properly and destroyed the US oil tanks and submarines there the US navy would be totally inactive within half a year or less... there was 10 months of oil supply for the entire navy on pearl harbor buth the japs only attacked the war ships out there... even though the submarines were a far bigger threat than ships they didn't attack submarines, this mistake has turned the entire naval campaign for japan.

  • @9ONE0NE Hypocrisy.

  • @9ONE0NE The Japs tactics were developed to fight other Asian countries with older weapons like bolt action rifles so the charge intimidated and frightened and overran them. It did not work as they hoped against a western power with auto and semi-auto weaponry, who just stood their ground and fired until they fought hand to hand if necessary.

  • @rock123191 not just that, banzai charging over a broken bridge?

  • nasa ilog means there in the river

  • If japanese soldiers didnt run into bullets they probably would have won the war good job their stupid cause id probably be japanese now and i dont like their eyes.

  • @rock123191 Its a good tactic, all chargin at once u cant get them all so they get closer and closer, onceu run out of ammo ur screwed

  • You just gotta love that .30 cal machine gun mowin' those Nips down>>>>Browning, good ol' John Browning.

There were some legendary armaments the Yanks were using in WWII:

    John Browning's M1911A1 pistol

    Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR)

John Thompson .45 cal sub-machine gun

    John Garand's M1 carbine

    M1 Garand
