Cake Making in 10 mins (banana cake)

Making a banana cake with the microwave tastes rlly gud! (and it takes only about 10 mins, not including w8ing for it to cool) XD

Recipe:
* 3 eggs
* Half a cup of sugar
* 3/4 cup of flour
* 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup melted butter
* 1 banana (but more banana desired, then add one more), mashed the banana.

Method in video:

1) Using a glass baking pan (about 8 inches square shape), melt the butter in microwave oven covered for 30 secs. Alternatively use veg oil.

2) Using a whisk, beat the eggs, sugar, butter & salt together in a large mixing bowl until eggs are well mixed, approx 30 sec.

3) Add baking powder to flour. Fold in the flour 1 spoon at a time into the batter to combine until all flour is well mixed, approx 1 min.

4) Grease the pan using the left over butter to prevent sticking.

5) Pour in the mixture into glass pan and put it into microwave oven, then cover with plastic cover and microwave for 3mins 30 sec.

6) Poke stick into cake to check if done.

7) If done, leave it to cool for 30 mins before cutting the cake. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on cake (optional).
