  • I've had the "real" kind (yummy!). My recipes are all for a low carb diet, so that's why no potatoes!

  • how tall are you?

  • I'm 5'5"!

  • aww thanks! I actually fluctuate between 125-130. I was 130 as of this morning (so I'm on the higher end of that range...but I actually took some time to put on some makeup!)

This was definitely yummy (but I love german potato salad so I'm biased!) ;)

  • I love it when crackheads do videos. Speak distinctly, junkie.

  • you lost me at cauliflower

  • I'm glad this is made to be eaten hot, because I don't think I could wait long enough for it to cool, lol! Sounds really really really really good...gonna try this today!

  • Looks great...nice vid!!!

  • Hi Amy! Have to agree with Augie. You have great camera presence and I really had a good time watching your show. I'll definately watch more. Good job! And great job on the weight loss. You look gorgeous.

  • What she made is what we call German Potato Salad here in the US. May not be authentic but it's good.

  • hi amy,

nice recipe but unfortunately it hasn't anything to do with a "german potatosalad". a german potatosalad includes no cauliflower neither some kind of polish sausage!!

in south germany we make the salad just with sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, onions, a little bit mustard, (some buoillon) salt and pepper!! sometimes pieces of bacon and chives.

In other parts in germany you make it simliar to a regular american salad with mayonaise, onions, eggs, pickles and salt and pepper!!

  • super , down to earth showmanship, really enjoyed it....
