In publishing through ftp server, which user name and password am i suppose to use? is user name and password with my mobileme account or the domain name host where i purchased my domain name?

I just tried this and Iweb doubled up by loading the site files into a folder with the same name as my domain name, then gave me the error: PHP Error Message
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/a4063333/public_html/index.html on line 1
