@AlusCWM Thanks for the advice. I live in a regional area close to Brisbane on the east coast here. Not much happens in the way of conventions that I know, but then I could look into it and find out some more. I get immense enjoyment from collecting as a star wars fan and I've only just really started collecting again in the last few years. You guys doing these reviews are really great I have to say. I'm kind of addicted to them as well..lol

Yeah, a large bit of the fans that i usually hang out with here in Denmark are girls really, perhaps as much as 60-70%

@AlusCWM That's pretty interesting. I don't think Australian girls really go for that kind of thing. I guess I'm a closet collector, so I could be wrong. Most people here give adult collector's strange looks, so I pretty much keep it to myself. Would be awesome to meet some girls who are into it!

Yeah well, i live pretty much as far north as you can come in Denmark, as far away from the capitol as you can almost come. Which means the concentration of Star Wars collectors/fans within 2 hour drive of me is pretty limited, we speak 4-6 at max with myself included. About keeping to yourself, well, i understand why people do it, but to be honest, i dont give a damn about them if their going to judge me by that, same applies to being on Youtube.

But it does help to see other people who are into Star Wars at least 2 times a year, at various events. So i suggest you go about and find out about events within a proximity of you, its lots of fun, and i suppose theres some Australian Star Wars fanboard. I meet all the people i learned to know through a danish board. Else, ask around on Rebelscum
