These aren't cops. These are pigs. There would be blood after falling 30 feet onto the concrete. "Hey, lets tazer the dude lying in a pile of blood that just fell 30 feet, just to make sure he doesn't hurt us." Oh, and where is the LEO video(s) to back up what the guy says at the end?
Surely they had video cams in their cruisers and possibly even on their tasers as 'most' LEOs now have most everywhere

Most certainly and utterly uncalled for whether he jumped, fell or was scared off the over pass
The LEOs should have realized he was in clear and obvious pain, especially since they must've seen or realized he went off it
How is one in that condition a danger to one of them? 19 times ? ! !
