This is the second in a series of three music videos that will be filmed for the 3 tracks on the next upcoming Ancient Tundra split album release.
Footage was shot between Jan. 19th - Feb. 26th, 2009 in various areas in and around Swift Current, Saskatchewan (Canada) by N. Skog. In this video, you can see strong contrasts in the weather, skies and landscapes between different scenes, which was always the intent for this video, and the reason why it took a rather long time to get filming complete.
Editing was done in a 8 hour timespan from 10PM to 6AM, February 26th and 27th.
This track is set to appear on a split album with the great italian mastermind Symbiosis entitled ' These Engulfing Winds Never Die' It is planned for release September, 2009 on Pro-CD with a 12 page booklet featuring artwork from both myself and valerio.
Plans to release a split DVD alongside the album in the same package are ongoing and may be possible but nothing is set in stone for that yet.
At this point, with winter still going strong but in a way nearing its end, there is a certain urgency to make sure the third video for 'Kvoloya Island' is filmed relatively soon to complete the trilogy.
