ゴーヤ 2分の1本
豚バラ肉 150g
木綿豆腐 2分の1丁(重しなどをしてよく水を切っておきます)
たまご 2個(溶き卵にします)
ネギ(みじん切り) 少々
かつおぶし 適量
ごま油 大さじ1
塩、こしょう 適量

@tileb You get milder versions - generally the more pronounced the nobbly pattern, the more bitter they are. I used to find them hard to stomach but i love them now. It's just nice to have a vegetable that actually still has some taste in this day and age.

@MyassWins You're right. Though oil should never reach its smoking point. That's when it starts to break down and has an unhealthy effect on the body.
